Booking & Reservations

By booking an excursion through our website, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your excursion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. If your cruise ship skips the port or changes itinerary, you will receive a full refund.

Safety & Liability

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides. Amber Cove Excursions carries comprehensive liability insurance. Participants with medical conditions should inform us before booking. Some activities have age, weight, or health restrictions.

On-Time Return Guarantee

We guarantee return to Amber Cove cruise port before your ship's scheduled departure. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control delay your return, we will work with your cruise line and cover any additional expenses incurred.

Weather & Force Majeure

Tours may be modified or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or full refund.
